Dear friends from Guangzhou and Hongkong, we need your helps to get informations from the organiser of the Thomas and Uber Cup.
Four of us from down under are going to Guangzhou to watch the TC/UB final, we have our tickets and visa organised but haven't be able to get ticket yet, our problem is in communications, we have contacted the organiser by Email which haven't not been replied and via phone but language seem to be the problem.
What we want to know from the Organiser is :
    - How could we get our tickets after we made our payment via Bank transfer to the designated account or how could we know that they have already received the money and book our tickets. It's defferent with bank card because with bank card we can straight away know that money has been debited.
    - There are 5 different tickets, US$8 for preliminary, $10/$15/$20 for Semi and Final or US$100 for the whole. Question is the $100 whole pass include the $20 class seat for the semi/final or the lower $10/$15 class one ?.
    Thanks for any help.

This question is better directed to the IBF since they put up the details. Have you tried them?

I have heard indirectly that tickets are not yet available in Guang Zhou.

Just got a reply, may be the organiser read this forum or someone pass the above message to them, thanks.
    - The US$100 whole pass only include the $15(second class) semi/final.

    - am still waiting for the second question about transfering payment to the account provided.

I do have some experience in making telegraphic transfer. When you make a TT to a foreign bank, your banker will ask for your personal information. If the payment cannot get through to the recipient bank successfully, your bank should notify you the transaction is rejected. Otherwise, you can assume that the money has successfully transferred to the receiving party. Usually, the receiving party requires to check for transaction history to locate the corresponding transaction which you have made.
