Are there anyway to tell if you got ripped from buying HQ rackets??? Are there bad codes like Yonex??? I recently bought a HQ 900 from www.hiquasports.com and some tiny parts were shipped before I even used it!!!

Your post makes no sense at all. What do you mean by "bad codes?" How did they "ship tiny parts" before you used the racquet? Do you mean to say that small parts of the racquet - grommets perhaps - came loose from the racquet during shipping? Do you mean to say that the paint finish on the racquet was chipped, not "shipped?" Have your tried contacting Hiqua yet? If not, I suggest that you do so and have a friend who knows English better than you take a look at your message to make sure that it is written more clearly than your post here.

Well, did you understand that post? I sure didn't. I didn't suggest that the guy get help with his English to be harsh and critical - how can anyone help him if they can't even figure out what he is trying to say?

    Hey Brett,
    I think you scared him/her off. :D :D

In answer to Confused's query (as much as we can make sense of it) is that you should pursue avenues to get your money refunded if you think that the racquet is not up to par (in the US, there is such thing as consumer protection) plus most good companies would want to ensure that their customers are satisfied with the product(s) purchased.

Take the first step in contacting the vendor first before pursuing other avenues. Good luck.
