jason, at your age - 24 hours rest without XBox... heheheheh. for us old folks, 72 hours in an oxygen tent.
haha... actually... i think 24 hrs OF Xbox and no badminton would actually do it for me ^^ and as for u "old folks" well... dat's a diff story =P besides... most of u kno how to not "overload" ur bodies ^^
Ha - I can't believe that the "no sex" myth still lives on. Have as much as you want. If it makes you feel good, it IS good. If nothing else, it'll probably make you sleep better after a touch training session...
Jason, there are a number of stretching routines which can serve both as injury prevention after excercise and as flexibility training on their own. Have a look in 'Physical Training for Badminton' available at www.intbadfed.com as it has advice for strength, explosive, endurance and flexibility training. Dudes, i agree that the sex thing is a myth. In fact many of the badminton clubs I have belonged to indulge freely (illicitly) in both forms of excercise. Badrad, the usefulness of starch can never be underestimated.
starch eh? now do you recommend starch in my diet? or add to the wash cycle? or as an anti-chafe? i am always willing to experiment, but my wife will probably be wondering why i brought a box of corn starch to bed...
i'm no expert housemaker but i have seen starch being use as a stiffener........... in ironing cotton linen and shirts. I'm sure your wife knows about the multi usage of starch.
That bit about 3 days of oxygen...is that 'before' or 'after' or both? Just be careful if you are the type to light up cigarettes afterwards, the result may be a little explosive with the extra oxygen around. There are reports of chronic smokers who just have to have a puff even when they needing oxygen therapy. The result is severe facial burns......... There's another story.....oh it's not appropriate here. What a pity!
I believe I know the story you are referring to, Cheung! Was it about the dude in Denmark who experiences an unfortunate combination of surgical spirit, a surgical laser knife and flatulence? That is just unlucky! Cooler has got the right idea, badrad. Liberal application of starch means the wife can do her worst, and you don't even have to be awake!
Yes, laundries have been applying starch to table linens for many years. The starch adds a cosmetic feel and touch to the linens many restaurant patrons enjoy. However, the use of starch in a domestic setting is something new for me. I can't imagine the smell and look of my starched shirt on a hot and humid day like Hong Kong.
