Hey man! I've got the book "Sure Fire Badminton Drills." As far as I know chapter 1 - grips and footwork - is quite simple. It can't be compared with the ones on badmintonbible site. Chapter 2 - training method 1 - is good. It has many drills that cover a range of strokes and footwork and so good to improve your strength and endurance. Chapter 3 and 4 I haven't read them yet because I haven't finished drills in chapter 2. So I hope this will help you, guys.
Here is the link to the book: http://www.mediafire.com/?xtynte0jkoy
Good luck and have fun!
Ps: One more thing I want to share is that if you watch a match over and over again such as Lin Dan vs Lee Chong Wei in All England 2009 MSF, you can figure out the way they moved, the way they hit the shuttle and those things will come into your mind naturally and you will play your game in someway like they play. It means you will play better. It's only my experience, it can work for you. I hope that. So good luck!

They're .pdfs, so no, they don't contain viruses.
Anyway, that and Jake Downey's other ebooks are also available here: http://www.badders.com/news/index/12/
(which is where I downloaded them from, so I *know* that's a safe source)

i agree
Yes, this is a very good way to learn footwork for singles. This is how i learn and teach my kids. It is also good to use the GOM Player to view these since it has a replay of frame by frame which you can watch the details of every steps. And i believe LCW has a very good footwork.
