    Can anyone tell me about this kind of string racquet. The stringer add 1 string below the racquet (Green colour line). It will effect the racquet?????And give your opinion about this kind of racquet strings made by beginner.

    by the looks of things the green string is just to see who serves... it looks like one side is rough and the other side is smooth.

    In theory, by adding 1 more cross at the bottom, will make the string bed a bit more stiffer, make the string survives a bit longer and shift the sweet spot a bit lower. In reality, ppl can hardly notice the difference. ;)

    is this true even then the string is just for determining who serves?
