    You seem to have put in a lot of effort into this but I'm not sure I agree with your assessment and how you calculate

    In fact the continental confederation and the IBF are useing these system to decide the Seedings of TUC (continental and finals) to some extent.

    I think it is automatically-generated. Anyway, I think he way calculates is quite good. In fact, I can't think of a better way. If you don't agree, at least state which facet you don't agree about and then all of us can assess for ourselves.

    BTW, cxytdn, I can't figure out what the "NUM" column is for. What is it?

    "NUM" means "number", namely the number of players/pairs of the associasion entering world ranking.
