Gade's physical training routine
I dont know much about what pro players are doing offcourt, I would like to know more
I know that gade uses the exercise bike alot and has a whole routine with it... I can't argue with its effectiveness if this is his secret. Is it just me or does he never seem tired? regardless of the lenght of the rallies, I can't think of anytime where I noticed he took more time or rested before a serve, or looked tired between points.
I'm sure there others as well .... Lin Dan and LCW are extremely fit obviously and fast...
When I play i get tired very fast :0

For me, the bike doesn't seem to work that well. The thing that helped me the most was running, wights, footwork.

hmm really? Gade seems to get tired quicker than many of the other pros. LCW and especially Lin Dan never seem tired.

no kidding if u'r reaching 30 and u'll need some blessing / serious training to be in gade's shape..
At this age .. and (personal experience) your knee start to given in rather easily.. i was told that exercise bike does much less impact to your knee then running So most likley gade do bike more often for a good reason.
