Hi all, got a question here. How do you guys normally deal with sell, buy or trades on the internet with other members? like let say I have a racket for sale here, and I mean how does the process goes normally? How to ensure I will not get ripped off and will be fair for both sides? Thanks a bunch for info.

    Normally, the process as following:
    1. Contact the buyer/seller by email or PM here. (Don't use post)
    2. Communicate with him/her and settle a price
    3. Complete the payment prior shipment
    4. Shipping the item out

i think there is a big risk involved.
but if scam happens , you can always report him in the forum so other's will know.
i'll at least try and get 1 or 2 celebrities in the forum to see whether are they familiar faces in the forum.
not to say dont deal with people with 1 - 10 post in their post no. .. people like blue jeff and others with hundreds of post are more reliable ..

This is included in your payment process. You should always use something that is trackable, such as paypal, credit cards, or check/money order to prove that you have complete your payment.

If the other side failed to ship out the items, you can file them and get the money back from the bank.

I guess is totally alright like for example

    - I am the buyer
    - I write a cheque and have the date like far from now(2 to 3 weeks) and send it to the seller
    - seller send me stuff, if alright then he can go ahead and cash the $$
    - if I don't get stuff or the thing is not "legit", then I call it off from the bank.

*but again, the buyer, can always say the STUFF is not good enough and call it off... I guess is always the payment goes through first hey?*
Thanks for all the replys :)
