On February 11th, 40 Chinese players + coaches arrived at Fuzhou, Chang Le International Airport.

The players will train in Fuzhou for 50 days. The reason why they chose Fuzhou is because of the good weather around 10 C even during winter time, much better compared to Beijing, so the players don't need to warm up for a long time before training. The training facilities in Fuzhou are great and the training centre is similar to the one used for Thomas/Uber Cup.

They say the food is better than in Beijing :) (As a Fuzhou girl, I agree... )
BUT they may not go out, they may not go online! They are only allowed to train + eat + sleep. :(

    Maybe more updates will come...

Below is the 福建省体育馆 - Fujian Provincial Stadium

That is what I call first hand information. Obtained straight from the players themselves~! Especially from a local Fuzhou girl~ do update when you receive any news from them. Thanks again Yannie~!

Even I agree. Recently went to a Fuzhou style place to eat, the food was sooo good. I think I almost swallowed the plates as well... :p

Yup, all the way down south...
Fuzhou is a beautiful city with many banyan trees. The players often go there to train, and it's not only the Chinese players. I know Kennevic Asuncion went there too.
Cai Yun said "Fuzhou is nothing special" though... He meant just like any other city... but I still do hope they enjoy their stay in the City of Banyan / the Spring City. :)

    You're right.

Md's Guo Zhendong and Gong Weijie are from Xiamen, Fujian.
Ms' Lin Dan is from Longyan, Fujian. I think Chen Hong too?! At least somewhere in Fujian. ;)

Chinese players have to hand in their cellphones in the evenings or when they sleep which is 10.10 pm. :(

Yes, Celsius is the only one that exists in France! I didn't even think there could be any confusion here. (and I actually have no idea of what 10°F would be ...)
