New forum!
Hi all,
Since the BadmintonCentral forum has been generating a lot of traffic lately and it has been more difficult to manage and keep track, I added a new forum for discussion of equipment only. hopefully this will ease the congestion a little bit.
cheers,
BadmintonCentral.

Re: New forum!
Hey May, don't be discouraged about occasionally not understanding some of the posts - most of those are tangents in which we drift off and start discussion of some topic like the physics of string tension or the factorals of possible combinations of racquet comparisons or some other potentially nerdy topic. You have not yet studied these fields in school, so you should not be upset if you don't understand every single comment. In fact, I think some of us discuss these issues, in part, to prove to ourselves that we are not suffering from Alzheimer's disease and can still remember a bit of our high school and college education.

P.S. Remember that if you want some clarification on a topic, it really helps if you explain the specific portion of a poster's statement that you did not understand and add any more information you can about why that statement did not make sense to you.

Re: New forum!
That's alright, I had to go ask someone for the name of the disease and I couldn't remember the answer by the time I returned to my computer. Then I forgot who it was that I had asked about the name....

Alzheimer's Disease
I dunno why u want it but it's basically the degeneration of the brain. It cannot be determined except through autopsy after death. Michael J. Fox has it I think. It's symptoms can be delayed by a few years through medication. That's all I can think of off hand.

Re: Alzheimer's Disease
the fact that May pulled all those info out of her head tells us that she is too young to suffer from Alzheimer.

Re: Alzheimer's Disease
that's good isn't it???
Anyway, more on alzheimer's, one of the symptoms is that u will have hand tremors and temporary paralysis.
