What string has good "feel" and replusion power? After using some kind of weird string(not yonex) thats very thin on my friends iso300 tour, i found that these strings are VERY VERY nice...so i'm wondering, what strings are better than bg65 in both feel and power/control? i also want durability in them too(doesnt have to be as durable as bg65 tho heh). any ideas? hows bg70? thnx "p
Try bg80's for me theyre just a $3(USD) upgrade from bg65 while the bg85 is a $5 upgrade so i assume the difference should be the same where you live.
if you play with plastic then bg 70 is the way to go.. if you play with feather then bg 80 because plastic will reck bg 80
I use a BG-65 Ti and i use it for both feather and plastic. Seems to work both ways. I thought the BG-65 was good coz i have it on my Slim 10 and its has plenty of feel and power.
If my memory is correct, someone posted a week or two back that Gade uses BG-65 - is that correct? Given that he has no worries about the costs of restringing (I'm assuming that racquets and stringing are part of his sponsorship deal or national team benefits), why do you suppose he uses the basic Yonex string, rather than one of the ones known for better control and/or power?
Because he's comfortable with it????? I mean, if u r comfortable with one string and it seems to give u the best performance, why would u want to get a better string just because it seems more high-class???
Bit like putting petrol in a car. One always doesn't put the most expensive grade petrol in a car even though supposedly there's better performance, engine cleaning properties etc. Like May said, just comfortable with it. It was a surprise to see some players use BG88Ti. I wonder why.
