Is there any fun games for badminton that helps to lead up to skill practice or warm up? Can someone give some recommendations. Thanks

    here are some suggestions,
1.play to 45points without rest (train stamina)
    2. play a very slow game to practice skills, ie lift as deep as possible as close to sideline as possible, smash the lines
    3. play 2 against 1, with the "1" only having to play half a court

you can hold a very good doubles practice for movement, offense, and defense with 3v2.
with three players on one side, its almost impossible to not get the shuttle back over the net.

the pair on the other side will continusouly drive or smash for offense, or receive attacks to practice defense.
their movement and teamwork drills can be incorporated into this as the trio moves the pair around.

you can even add in a second shuttle if you're feeling sassy. :D

Why not try hitting the shuttle with a body part first (knee, foot, thigh, head, arse, hand.....etc) then hit it with the racket. Server starts the rally as normal, play to whatever suites

    Very good for co-ordination
