I really hate to do this. However, there some members of our beloved badminton forum are just can't take facts, real evidents and logical arguments . I for one am tired of making valid points and going nowhere. This is the time I am asking people who is tired of the this, please just post a boycut note in the thread and just let it the thread die. We tried and tried and someone just don't get the point.

Please boycut this thread and let out your persoanl attack on me if you wish.

    Have a nice week everyone.

nah, not to worry, i think the mods here are quite sensible and certain threads would be closed if need be. I think some slack were given for first time offender and i 'doubt' repeat offender can play out those acts over and over again.

Agree, some people just post for the sake of posting. They just want to go round and round and be heard or think there's some kind of badminton conspiracy. :p LMAO! It's badminton folks, that's all. :D

    what cooler said. ;)

i really don't see there is a need to have this thread to boycott a certain other thread. if there is a member whom you cannot stand, you can always put him in your ignore list.

if such person is a real trouble maker and is threatening the peaceful and constructive discussion environment of BadmintonCentral, you should (as many had done in the past) notify the mods. please trust that we will handle the situation/member appropriately...

I don't mind conspiracy theories since there's really a possibilty that the conspiracy is true.

But the prolonged argument without new/further viewpoints always make me sick and tired. Forums of any kinds have this kind of threads from time to time.

Actually, if a person just refuse to give up his/her idea, I am quite fine with it, even if this person can't really give some hard proof fact.

However, always crying like a baby, and finger out others and label "personal attack" is the thing kinda annoyed me a bit. The most funny thing is, such a "sensitive" person set quite a bit standard for others, while him/herself trying to attack other ppl in public without any shame. And I am one of the lucky one to be "labeled" with "immature", just because I highlighted my key point, and used the smile icons which provided by the forum.

Making a boycott note isn't necessary; if you see a thread that you don't like, just ignore it. But what I really don't like is when people start making pointless posts..
Eg: "Your post isn't constructive."...that's just a recent example, but there are much more..typically in popular threads, where people don't really contribute to the discussion, but make off-topic replies.

Not that I expect the mods to do anything about them...it's hard to draw the line sometimes, and there's really too many to go around and delete. But if everyone can do their part and avoid making pointless posts...esp in popular threads...it helps everyone to be able to read the content without the noise.

I think in the end, we should educate ourselves to recognize trolls when you encounter one, and stick to the recommendation:

After closed the new racket thread (I don't want mention the name again), the equipmet forum becomes Peace again. :)

But by reading this thread, there are many things to appericate, such as Cooler's logical thinking, Gollum's pictures.................. quite impressive!! In fact, this thread is full of personal attact, but it is also a good tutorial.

If everybody can give a open mind, don't think himself to be the big brother, provide facts, logical thinking and real experience, then it will be very supportive to other members. :)
