hi at all my friend has a question. not to be rude but he is a bit a retard, he is a very big a bit like hulk. He always plays with a tennis racket because of the big grip. Now the question: Is this good for the wrists health, if yes should i train with a tennis racket too, to train my wrist power
you two know each other ? (sorry dink...couldn't resist tough I take it you can handle a joke ) seriously though. other than screwing up your timing (racket length and all...) what wrong with a tennis racket? If he keeps swining correctly i don't see any chance for wrist injury's..if he can handle the weight...but I'm no doc...
he is a strong , its easy for him to handle but for me, if there may be a risk, would it be good to do for begining just some pronation and suspination ?
a beginner excerise? play clears (or just as far as you can get, it doesn't matter) but use only your wrist....this can get tirering after some time (for me 5 min.) but when i was a younger a minute was much... or (off-court) just move your racket very fast form left to right, and vica versa...
umm... just use a tennis racquet for exercising and don't hit with it against a person. i tried a backhand smash with a tennis racquet once and i think i almost broke my wrist or something... hahaha use a tennis racquet or a squash racquet and hit against the wall or something cuz that way you're not that desperate to get the birdie back.
