    Found this line on Yonex Jp news about Taufik Hidayat

    さらに新製品ストリング「ＢＧ６６アルティマックス」

    It says Taufik Hidayat will be using new string "BG66 Ultimax" in Japan Open.
    Still could not find any pic or more info of this string.

    Default BG66UM sample

    These two BG66UM samples sent by Yonex Japan to Sunrise Singapore for testing purposes. Seen here in white and yellow. I compared it with my own BG66 Maxima (BG66M) and they are the same thickness or thinness at 0.65mm. Both of these were strung at Sports Life on two Voltric 70 (VT70) at 26 lbs.

    I can't as they are not strung with my racquets. However, I have requested from Sunrise a couple of samples to test out myself.

    Yea besides this string I am hoping to test out the next high-end VT series after VT70 which will be arriving later in the year . The VT digit no. is not yet known.

    BG66 Ultimax is an improved version of BG66. Better repulsion and feel. Improved durability even at .65mm gauge.

    It will be available in local stores.. but not so soon. Sunrise Singapore will have to do their repackaging.
