66 and tension
I am using a arc saber 9 with bg66 tension upto 28lb. Using it for about 3 to 4 months. Has not snap yet. Does higher tension really mean miore power or is this just a myth?
I am looking for a string/tension combination to give me more power as I am getting old and need all the advantage I can get. My smash are still pretty decent but need power to clear further from the back.

Depend on what you looking for. For repulsion i think its the best, there is no string can achieve the power from NBG 98. For control its poor, slippery and little bit numb also remember the price is very
But i'm using it at almost all my racket, since i feel the repulsion is helping me a lot since i was a lazy player

I use to use NGB98. It is very repulsive however I found out gradually there isn't that much control with the string.
I eventually tried BG-85 and stuck with it since. It gives me the control and power that I need and I like the feel as well.Last edited by Matt; 03-10-2009 at 12:21 PM.
