Double licence? same rules in all countries

    I'm explained:
    A players can it play at the same time the championship of his country and play the championship of another country at the same time (exemple: Xia Xuanze with play in bundesliga (germany) , can you play in championship china in same sseason?):confused:

    I believe most countries exlude non nationals from their national individual championships at senior level. For domestic team events foreign nationals may take part. Rules are often more liberal with regard to younger players. In most country foreigners are allowed to compete for national titles up to the age of about 16 so long as they reside in that country. In other words teenagers can't globe trot around Europe picking up titles.
