I play badminton at school, although I don't play at a higher level I do enjoy playing alot.
Recently I've been suffering from wrist pain on most of my shots and I've noticed a bone sticking up in my wrist. I've looked around on the internet and by what I've read I think its 'carpal boss'.
Has anyone else suffered from this due to Badminton and is it true that hitting the bone with something hard and heavy will shunt it back where its supposed to, or is that for ganglions? (Sounds stupid to bash my wrist with something like a dictionary but it could work...)

EDIT: Guess I should have read the sticky first, now I don't know how to delete
