It differs from person to person but I personally hate bg66......short life not that good at repultion.Bg85 is my favourite......holds tention well good power and controlBg80 apparently is simular....yet to try it myself.....it is .01 thicker suppose to be more durable than both bg85 and bg66.

thanks. and i think everybody will appreciate that you do that.

people who writes in those incomprehendable short hands should realize this: if you are seeking other's help/opinion/etc, and only 50% of the population can understand you, then you will have half the response than what you would have if you had written properly.

I fell BG-66 plays better when fresh. However, BG-85 tension last longer. If you have a machine and can string every 2 weeks, I would go with BG-66. I like BG-85 better because money is still tight and I only have 1 night a week to string racquets for our club.

I think there's not much between the two. BG85 is a little more elastic at 24 lbs and possibly a little easier to play with.

BG 66 is less forgiving unless you play consistently at a good level. Once I switched from my usual BG65 to BG66 just for one of my racquets. It felt really great...until it snapped. There was a really crisp feeling when I hit the shuttle. It was good, but I cannot get to my stringer so easily nowadays for such frequent restrings.

I've never heard of BG85 being used by an international player, whereas I have heard Taufik uses BG66.

BG66 might be a little cheaper than BG85 as well.
