I've just been looking through some of the prices of the big boys out there, and I was expecting the most expensive racquet to be either an NS8k (JP/CP) or NS9k (JP/CP). How wrong was I!??!!?? It seems, there are 2 racquets that are way more expensive ... they are .... SOTX STB-9080 and of course, the winner of this event SOTX Woven 16. Time to go find a review on these racquets, they should be something special for the amount of money they're going for!
AT limited edition or that diamond encrusted racket (forgot the brand) http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21746&highlight=diamond
AT Limited cheaper then AT800? as in one of a kinda cos its a fake? There's only 5000 in total made and its got all the fancy birth cert. and stuff don't see any reason why it would be cheaper then a normal AT800 unless..
You can get it for less than a normal AT800. Distributors in the U.S. are/were selling it for $140-150.
Does it follow that the more expensive the racket, the better it is? I honestly think that this isn't the case. The real challenge is to find a quality racket that best suites your playing style at the least possible price. That's where websites like badmintoncentral.com help us out in this regard.
No, no one is saying the more expensive the better. I believe the original poster was just being inquisitive.
yeah, haha, i wasn't claiming that most expensive = best ... i just had some time to kill, so decided to browse and compare prices of some racquets, and then started the thread to see what other members though ...
