i am thinking of buying an yonex towel grip, but how do u exactly put them on? any instuction will be great, videos are appreciated and btw, the black tape that holds the original grip, do i still need it?
an overgrip is just a grip u put over the original to prevent the original one to be ripped, so yes u still need that black tape. puttiang an overgrip is really easy, there s instructions in the back oh the pack. maybe u can ask the seller to show u how.. explaining with words may be difficult
But he's asking for towel grip. It's better to wrap a thin layer of plastic wrap on top of the original grip, before putting on the towel grip. This is to protect the original grip, and easier to remove towel grip when it's necessary.
Sorry, can't find any instructions for towl grips, but for normal grip (where the principle is roughly the same), look at the two sources below. Make sure you DON'T overlap the edge of the towel strips. 1) Here is an article that Kwun wrote: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/badminton-central/content/view/41/33/ 2) Then look at this link http://www.tennis4all.com/info/grips/installrepl.shtml If you are right-handed - refer to Fig 1 in the tennis link above. Left-handed players use Fig 2.
