I need 3 forehand smash

    im doing a Badminton Assement and i need 3 forehand smash drills. Please I need help

    #1: Half court smashing: use only one side of the court and practicing smashing. Have your partner vary the lifts and you vary your shots.

    #2: Short, middle, deep smashes: still using one side of the court, stand in the middle and have your partner lift short, normal and deep to you and smash. For the short ones, you have run up to put the shuttle away. For the deep ones, you have to back pedal and arch your back. Another way for deep smashes is to practice smash returning a flick serve.

    #3: Power smashes: have your partner "serve it up", lift right to you and you power through each smash. Try to make it unreturnable for your partner.

    lift, smash drop.

    lift to ur partner, have them smash. return it with a drop.
    then in response to ur drop they'll lift and u smash. etc etc
