i think WL time has come now that ZN exit is opening a door for a new young star to shine. I do not think xxf would be competitive come 2012 therefore, WL, ZL, and yihan wang, LL have to dude it out for the top 3 spots. I think ZL, WL and YW would be the top chinese dogs come 2012.

by looking at ZL's mediocre performance now...i think Lu Lan has more chance to be in the top 3 in WS many years to come...
besides...Zhu Lin is already 24 now
She will be 28 coming 2012
while Lu Lan still 21 yrs , Wang Yihan 20 , and Wang Lin 19
4 years to come...the 3 of them might reach their top performance especially for Lu Lan...cause her game isnt yet reach to XXF or ZN's levels ,so she needs to improve her game...but the most brighter view in CHN WS of course in WYH and WLLast edited by lin_xingfang; 10-27-2008 at 01:52 AM.

got timeouted
hmm, u got a point, i didnt knew ZL was that 'old', hehe. I thot ZL and LL are similar age.
Body wise, ZL looks like ZN but maybe a tad less muscled. Hope ZL is also a late bloomer as well. Remember, it is still ZL who had won own the most prestigeous title of the 4 dogs, the 2007 WC. LuLan had not win any WC, AE, OG yet.
Nice to see china still have 4-5 good dogs to work with. Other countries are happy just to have one decent WS player.
I do wish Wang Lin do well, she sacrificed her modelling ambition for badminton.

Just watched her Denmark Open WSF match. Very good and very impressive. Also, she is very pretty and a little boyish but in a nice way.

I'm sorry ,I have made a big mistake. you are right ,I wanted to say she was seventeen years old when she won her first SS champion .
. It would be pretty amazing if she wins her first championship at seventy.
