can anyone help me to perfect an end to end deep clear???

like is there anyway to train up your arm muscle or wrist power??

i was playing with this girl and she could do an end to end deep clear with precise accuracy and i tried to do a rebound shot of end to end clear but not as power ful as her. and then she suddenly do a cross court drop when i am all the way to the end. she is one of the best... wahhhhhh

is that wrist power, arm, or what...

    will doing push ups help?

    so pls help me....

and what can you do if you are playing single when a person do a deep clear all the way to the back.?

smash, drop, or to do a clear???

    which is the best??

oh ya, what is footwork and whats the best footwork to smash?

Rather a lot of questions! Search the forums for your answers.

It sounds like you've met a girl who is, quite simply, better than you at badminton. Don't feel bad about it ;)

While strength helps, technique is far more important. Get some coaching.

When I 1st read the title, I was just trying to reply with "there's only an opponent on the other side of the court, but no gender / age difference". Then, after I read your post, I think I realized the result was more determined by skill / strategy, which is a good thing. ;)

Losing to a girl isn't too bad. I played a varsity female player who was quite skilled but she out skilled me on every aspect. Lol. The only benefit I had was my height. 5'11" vs. 5'0", so I smashed down the lines and she couldn't reach it. But in the end I lost but its still fun.

In your case, you were outskilled as well. Just keep practicing and read topics on BC and you'll beat her eventually. =)

ahahaha do u know why she can do perfect clears? because all she needs to do is use her full strength, while we need to control our str so as not to blast the cock too far. anyway girls are 'supposedly' better in defence right? and if her stamina is good and can travel the area of the court, she should be quite strong in the game already

*shakes head* You're the sick person. Who said anything about skirts? Like you said, you're guessing. And you guessed wrong.

I simply said I was happy to see them jump up and down and smile. Don't you like see people smile? When people smile, they are usually happy. That is all.

If you can't find a coach, you'd better take a look at the IBF training videos (you can find them here http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29974)
    - there are a lot of tips on footwork and technique that might help you to improve yr game.

i think i posted this somewhere in the forum, anyway for the fun of it and not to make things difficult for you like performing searches. did you know a majority would reply...please perform a search, which is a hell of a good things cause you come across lots of threads with loads of prespective of the game...:p, anyway back to what we want said, if you want instructional videos downloaded from the internet to WHACK and WIN MALE machimo, or established MALE dominance/ego [lol hahahahaha, like this will every happen, every hear a girl/woman shriek at the top of her lungs, go for cover dude]

    1. Open google. http://www.google.com.ph
    2. Type Emule
    3. This first hit will usually take you directly to the emule website.
    4. Go to the download section of the software, download based on your OS
    Psssstt....btw this is freeware
    5. Install the software on your pc
    6. Launch Emule after the software is INSTALLED
    7. Click CONNECT with the sort of Lighting at the LEFT hand side of the application
    8. Click the SEARCH, which will then be preseted down
    9. Under the [Name] label type Badminton-IBF-Training (spell as spelled here)
    10. Click [Start]
    11. Select the file you want download and RIGHT-CLICK on the mouse and select DOWNLOAD

and if i where you, i would take the advice of [DinkAlot] :D, i too like girls to win. makes them happy.....and they jump up and down with glee :D
