Yeah, frendies loves all the sushi. Loads of badminton actions and unlimited amount of sushi, what else can we ask for?

I don't know about these two... they kept saying they were tired, and they still kept being able to jump on the court spry and energetic for each game. Maybe their secret training is showing with their endurance for the punishment!

My plan worked in perfection in Sat VRC session. Frendies took most of the work load, and old LB finally got the breaks he asked for from time to time. With the jet lag, friendies showed some tireness at around 10pm (girls need beauty sleep, you know ), but came with full energy later on.

Old LB begs for his life after 12:30am (after 3 straight games against master Viver), but frendies went on until 1:30am or so! If not all the others were pretty much dead, I am sure she can get several more games... Simply amazing...

Yesterday at VLTBC session, Pete LSD was tired (partyly because he did not get enough sleep, and had to drive us around shopping ), and begged for break. Frendies was like a coach, and pointed to the clock, "3 more minutes". I was laughing so hard, when Pete showed this "helpless" face on court.

Man, time to "take your own medicine"???

Yeah, and I was just feeding shuttles for Friendies to practise her strokes and footwork. My body just couldn't take it but she kept on going !!!

It was a pleasure playing with both of you.

LB is just taking his time easy, as we all could see his game improved by leaps and bounds. Not only he is quicker on the court, but also an owner of good deception shots from baseline and net shots. Many times he had his opponents running left but the shuttle going to the right. There was no such thing as torture session.

This is my first time playing with Frendies, she is just what others described - an energizer bunny. She would say that she is tired but keeps going on and on and on... Couldn't really tell if she was tired or not. Hmm, maybe her secret is with the sushi!!!

Hope I was able to play more with you guys, but don't have the same energy level as you YOUNG guys. It was really an enjoyable evening for me, thank you very much.
