Don't worry about 12pm. With my early am flight, it will be luck all 3 of us finally wake up by then. Beef noodle sounds cool, or we can research for frendies favorite - sushi.

Which day? Friday I assume you need to work? Of course, I always hope you can join us for every meal. You just brought me sooooo much fun with all the jokes during my previous visits.

I am pretty sure someone can recommend a great "all-you-can-eat sushi" for lunch to satisfy Frendies cravings!

I remember during my 1st trip, ming brought me to downtown area, and we found a small place with decent sushi with amazing price ($11 all you can eat for dinner). After I metioned to frendies, she told me she was going to book flight, and join the trip...

Serious for sure. Still remember all the meals with you involved, average took me 2-3 hrs to finish. 90% of the time, I was trying best to just stop laughing.

They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. Both eating and laughing involve that, so life must be good.

you can try Shabusen on granville, i think its like 13 bucks or so for all you can eat (8 pieces of sashimi per person) and then it comes with either hotpot or korean bbq too. don't go to the downtown one because its IMO the food isn't as good as granville.

There's another Shabussen in downtown as well. Not sure if the price is the same though.

I think the price is the same but i find the quality of food is not that great at that Shabusen (downtown). I'm talking about the lunch price though not the dinner... dinner is 20ish dollars.

Pending which part of Greater Vancouver you are thing of for all-you-can-eat sushi, I heard there was a great place on Cambie near King Edward.
Otherwise there are 3 a-y-c-e sushi restaurants at Metrotown, one near Red Robins, one across from TGIF (beside the escalators to the theatres), and one near the Bay.
There is also one at the Westminster Quay which gives you an optional $1 or $2 more for a-y-c-e sashimi.
Cheers!

do consider Korean food as well :-). Please try its famous "Pork Bone Potato" little spicy and extremely steam-hot pot soup. It is so yummie and good for health (i do think esp. after badminton ! :-) )

There are many good ones in town, those at North Road and some at end of Kingsway. (Richmond, as well). But there is also one good one as follows:
