Red Willow Club in Edmonton

Does anyone from here actually go to the club on a regular basis? I'm planning to buy a membership there, and attend regularly.

Is the club comprised of more beginner/intermediate/advanced players?
Is it a friendly club?

About how many teens go there? (13-16)

I know the players at RG are way better, but I'm not even that advanced to even give them a challenge :S

Anyways, I signed up at RW anyways, and the people there are pretty friendly... Hard to find people to play against though right now, since everyone is out golfing

Yeah, at school if that counts

Played men's doubles, and got 4th in my school district. Wish my partner did better though, he weighed me down in the quarter-finals. Playing singles now until September so I can improve by myself...

I'm hoping to enter some tournaments though this summer.

Hey Tweak, well keep us informed about the clubs up there and your expirence. Ill be going up to Edmonton in about 2 years (transfering to UofA, doing 2 years here then 2 up there) so would help me out alot to hear about your expirence over the years up there...who knows if your still big into badminton then might get to play you then or well in some tournaments that are held up in edmonton if you play in them.
