    o I ok,so I like jump backwards on 1 foot and keep my balance and while im in the air I hit the birdie. Is that correct?

    yes, you land on your non-racket foot behind you first. And your racket foot that is now in front contacts the ground not long after.

    If you can get some footage of this it will be alot easier to see and understand........pro players use this alot.

    Mate, this is so hard to explain in text.

    There has to be someone at the place you play that can do this and I am sure would be more than happy to demonstrate it and show you how.

    It is probably the easiest way to be taught.

    and y do u have to land on the non-racket foot,y dus it matter?

    for starter, try with 20lbs BG-65

    But like someone else has already stated, a proper stroke is more important than the racket itself.

    o ok so you say(WONG AND EGG) that i should start with 20lbs because the BG-65 string will decrease and when it does it will go down to 18lbs,when it goes down to 18lbs my clears and smashes will b harder because the lower tension, the more power.Correct me if im wrong.=)

    Yes, as you land on your non racket for behind you, the racket foot then comes down and that now becomes your first step towards returning to the middle of the court for the next shot........doing the scissor kick gives you more power and sets up you feet to give you the momentum to move to the centre quickly.
