    Default Square/Isometric or Oval/Traditional ?

    I know that it depends on the models. But Square/Isometric or Oval/Traditional is better? What are the advantages and disadvantages of these two shapes? How can these shapes help to improve our skill or technique or performance?

    Do you recommend Square/Isometric or Oval/Traditional ?
