    Question Technique help please!!!

    This weekend I am trying out for the Representative team and I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers/tips on how to have a better chance in getting in.

    your question is really general. you should carbo load and rest up before tryouts, stretch properly and warm up properly to make sure you don't hurt yourself.
