    Shaft serial: 1963707

    Cone code : 241184ID
Source : YONEX DISPLAY ZONE, CALCUTTA YMCA CLUB, KOLKATA, INDIA
    Price : US$33

It bears the PBSI mark & YONEX hologram even, It also bears a hologram of "SUNRISE SPORTS (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd.", the importer & distributor. e-mail: customercare@risesun.co.in

According to my list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, the nearest item which is very close to your shaft serial of 3747974 of your Yonex Ti-8 is an Muscle Power 99 which carries the shaft serial of 3747904 and cone code of 270322SP (date=27 Mar 2002).

Now for your Yonex Ti-8, it carries the cone code of 270336SP (date=27 Mar 2003); the valid shaft serial should be after 4313640.

For the shaft serial serial of 3747974, the cone code should be somthings like 27032xCC (date=27 Mar 2002).

IMHO the Yonex Yonex Ti-8 shaft serial: 3747974 cone code : 270336SP is fake. Having expressed my opinion, you might want to post photos of your rackets for other BC members to comment.

No, sir; model is not really the concern. What matter is the cone code highlighted in red 3 make the shaft serial and cone code not matching as I have explained via Post #6457. Sir, you beat me ahead by one post.

Haha I should have understood your concern much earlier.

I too have an old MP-99... but it's only after I checked its serial number that I got what you were preparing to say!
