I have checked in the information of your Yonex Muscle Power 10 Light Shaft Serial:1963707; Cone Code:241184ID (date=24 Nov 2008) to my information list of Yonex rackets Developed by Yonex Japan (on the shaft) and Made in Taiwan (on the cap), its shaft serial and cone code are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

The YONEX recomended string tension for this racket is 17lb to 22lb, and the racket is strung with default YONEX string. May I change the gutt with YONEX BG65 string or higher? May I increase the string tension more than 22lb? Plz. advise me the suitable...

1) not the right place to ask

2) yes, you can change it to whatever specification. however, be warned that if you string above 22 pounds, Yonex could void the warranty. if its graphite though, chances are it can take the tension.

I wont spend my time refunding my racket since it was only 30 $
