I have checked in the information of your Yonex Nanospeed 8000(new) shaft Serial:7232650 ; Cone Code:150882CH (date=15 Aug 2008) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan.
For the cone code of 150882CH (date=15 Aug 2008), the valid shaft serial should be at beyond 7864000.
For the shaft serial of 7232650, the valid cone code should be something like 311073CC (date=31 Jul 2007).

For the cone code of 161205SP (date=16 Dec 2000), the valid shaft serial should be around 2851000.
For the shaft serial of 6184867, the valid cone code should be something like 230562IP (date=23 May 2006).
Furthermore Nanospeed 8000 was launched in Mar 2005.
IMHO, the Yonex Nanospeed 8000 shaft Serial:6184867; Cone Code:161205SP (date=16 Dec 2000) is a fake.
