I have checked in the information of your Yonex Nanospeed 9900 shaft Serial:7670558; Cone Code:110792CH (date=11 Jul 2009) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan.
For the cone code of 110792CH (date=11 Jul 2009), the valid shaft serial should be close to 7800000.
For the shaft serial of 7670558, the valid cone code should be somthing like 14058xCC (date=14 May 2008).
IMHO, your Nanospeed 9900 shaft Serial:7670558; Cone Code:110792CH (date=11 Jul 2009) is a fake.
Furthermore Nanospeed 9900 is a new model launched around Dec 2008.
