I have checked in the information of your Yonex Nanospeed 7000 shaft Serial:6115250; Cone Code:161205SP (date=16 Dec 2000) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan.

For the cone code of 161205SP (date=16 Dec 2000), the valid shaft serial should be close to 2850400.

For the shaft serial of 6115250, the valid cone code should be somthing like 23046xCC (date=23 Apr 2006).

    IMHO, your Nanospeed 7000 shaft Serial:6115250; Cone Code:161205SP (date=16 Dec 2000) is a fake.

    1) you bought the racket, but you don't dare to peel off the sticker

    2) you haven't bought the racket, you remember the code and want to make sure before you go and purchase it

*usually people will peel off the sticker to confirm and verify the production date

hahaha, just guessing here, anyway your cone code was (22nd January 2007) seems ok by comparing to your shaft code

better leave this to the expert (leehsim)

This racket is noticeably heavier than my friend's racket, yonex mp99. But according to their specs these two should weight approximately the same. I am a beginner and this is my first yonex racket so I have no idea if it is real or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cone Code: I60995US (not sure if the first digit is I or 1)

i am NOT knowledgeable to serial and cone code, i learn from this forum

i also need the expert here to help me confirm my racket, i was confirmed by leehsim, he is the real expert here

you must peel off your sticker

unless you have laser eye which can see through the sticker

*you better wait for the confirmation from leehsim.
