if that is on the cone, then it is fake. in Malaysia, most will be SP coded.

It is most lokely a FAKE; I cannot state for a fact that it is a FAKE because stranger things have happened. Anyways, the date code has too many numbers in it. 1200462CH relates to 12-00-4-6-2???

i had a typing error. the serial number should be 200462CH not 1200462CH.

just to add a brief background about them, the first MP-88 i got about 2 years ago at local shop in taiwan...the 2nd MP88 got about 1.5 years ago on an online auction site..and the last 2 (mp88 and mp45) i just got them last week at their respective websites listed above..however because the auctions ended already, the last racket's page can't be viewed unless you have a yahoo account or email address to log in...so here's another page where he is selling the same racket he sold me http://tw.f5.page.bid.yahoo.com/tw/a...743?u=victor2e
