I have checked in the information of your Yonex Armotec 900 Power shaft Serial:6925418; Cone Date Code:310572SP (date=31 May 2007) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its serial no. and date code are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

It's too counterfeit and you did answer your own suspicions.

The pictures in the auction speaks for itself especially since it is supposedly a JP coded racket.

Yes, report to both Ebay and PayPal to setup a claim.

As to the difference between the JP and other coded rackets (it's applicable to them as well), is that JP is the only one which comes wiht a soft cloth case. The other difference from looking on the side of the head, is that only JP only has the word "GUMMETAL" with Elastic Ti.

I have also attached the picture of my JP racket on the side for your reference.
