I have checked in the information of your Yonex ArcSaber 008 shaft Serial:5512691; Cone Code:291294SP (date=29 Dec 2009) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan.

For the cone code of 291294SP (date=29 Dec 2009), the valid shaft serial should be after 9003000.

For the shaft serial of 5512691, the valid cone code should be something like 23045xCC
(Date=23 Apr 2005).

IMHO, your Yonex ArcSaber 008 shaft Serial:5512691; Cone Code:291294SP (date=29 Dec 2009) is a fake.

My comment differs from LD Rules! of Post #11111

2) ArcSaber 9 shaft Serial:8173830; Cone Code:050192SP (date=05 Jan 2009)
to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, their shaft serials and cone codes are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the rackets carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain their total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

Leeshim, are you aware that ArcSaber 008 is Made in Taiwan, and not Japan, therefore the serial wouldnt be 900xxxx j
