I have checked in the information of your Yonex Nanospeed 9000 Type S shaft Serial:8244962; Cone Code:300194SP (date=30 Jan 2009) to my information list of Yonex rackets made in Japan, its shaft serial and cone code are legitimate.

However you still need to inspect the other physical features of the racket carefully and compare the specifications to ascertain its total legitimacy or authenticity yourself.

SP does NOT mean its NOT made in Japan ... it only means where the racket was distributed to. again, all mid to high end rackets are made in japan
