The low-end rackets have cone codes that fit the date format, they don't have ones that look like "728493GR". If they do, they're fake.

The cone code doesn't look fake, and demolidor says the shops are legit, so they're probably ok. As for the date, I honestly don't know if a specific "Iso Zeta 2010" model exists. Maybe it was some marketing gimmick of the shop that was selling it, but they didn't bother to check the cone code and see that it was actually produced in 2009.

I'm not saying the racket doesn't exist. I'm saying an Iso Zeta from 2009 and an Iso Zeta from 2010 are exactly the same (probably, I'm not sure, I'm not even sure if the Iso Zeta has been produced in 2010), but the shop that was selling them thought it would be good for sales if they would write "Iso Zeta 2010" on their website or ads or whatever. The problem was that they either didn't know about cone/date codes or they didn't check them, because they were selling rackets produced in 2009 as "2010 models".

the only logic explanation would be that they make it as early as august 2009
care to give us the link?

Shaft serial doesn't follow the pattern of Made in Japan and Made in Taiwan. Cone code is a date, date pattern = date patter unless they use the chinese calendar .

As for 2010, the shop might have first sold them in 2010 whilst Yonex Germany could have already imported them earlier ... and as mentioned above production starts months before introduction (but usually more like 2) Have already seen three version just now: blue, yellow, hidayat ...

    Default Need help guys...

---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8----
racket model: Yonex Carbonex SP 21
    shaft serial: 9070304
cone code : 290105SP (the last charecter can not be seen as there is an holograme sticker there....I just assume its 'P')
source : Shop at Pertama Complex
    price : RM300
---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8----

So guys according to the cone code, is it actually made on 29Jan2000?
because i just purchased it this year....would a shop keep a racket for that long...is it normal...is there any implication if its the old (manufactured) racket....is it genuine at 1st place...

29010 could also mean 29 Jan 2010. That being said, you'll have to wait for demolidor to check the numbers, because I don't know if it's fake or not.

2010 is only a new colour, I don't even know what colour was received. But the blue one is the old colour so 2009 would be correct for a cone code ... I guess they used the same description for all colours or they simply thought the blue one was a 2010 colour as well since there is no info on yonex.com or yonex.de ....
