Yes it is a fake one. NS9900 didn't even exist at that time for starters (of the cone code date)

. The shaft serial is also way too low (2 and a half years difference with the cone code)

Eventhough the numbers haven't been kept track of for these Made in China series please provide the storename rather than something so general as "India" next time.

If the 5th digit of the first one is a "1" then it should be fine. The BX one should be fine as well with this shaft-cone number combination
