Hi, This is an excellent sport if you enjoy playing Table Tennis, Badminton,Squash and Tennis. You play 1 game of each to 21 points.Win points on each rally and 5 serves each. Winner is the one with the most points accumulated. Don't be scared if you are say good at badminton and say squash but beginners for TT and Tennis. There are about 3 or 4 divisions or classes in your level. I entered the British open last week and I can only say it was one of best workout tournament ever!
