Hello, does anyone here have any idea of the cost for opening and running a badminton center? There seems to be a lot of available warehouses, so picking one to fit 6 to 8 courts is not a hard thing to do? It seems like there could be a market for adding another one here in Richmond.
Pete all you gotta do is look around. The gymnastics place my sister goes to here in Coquitlam looks like an old warehouse. The ceiling is HIIIIIIIIIGH!!! And im sure with a building like that someone can fit 8-10 courts in comfortably! in fact I was wondering about the same thing... cuz I know people who need some estimated numbers so they can figure out whether it's possible to run a profitable (or at least break even) badminton center
Any realtors? Any realtors here? Any idea what a warehouse would go for? I know there are a lot of warehouses in richmond that are vacant. There's clea 1 & 2 in richmond already, but I am pretty sure that there would still be a demand for more decent courts. Aside from the building, does anyone know of where to go for the mats?
WWC and his group of investors have been looking in Richmond and other areas for more than a year already. Most of the warehouses they find have low ceiling.
Hope theres going to be on in BBY soon...someone I know was going to buy a warehouse close to bonsor before
