Wow...seems as if a lot of people are heading out west especially for the Easter Long Weekend. I'm primarily going back to visit family . Not sure if I'll be playing any badminton. Break-My-Strings: Will Collingwood be open on Sunday given that it's Easter Long Weekend??? I'm confident the usual Saturday night crowd will be at VRC.
Yes, Collingwood will be open this Sunday April 16, drop-in is from 10am-1pm. The doors open around 9:45am, I would suggest you get there at the same time to guarantee a spot! Cheers!
I'd be games for VLT if it was in the afternoon, as I haven't played there in a decade ( or more?). Dunno if I can make collingwood in the AM. (Easter morning with fours kids?) I'm also looking for some of the smaller clubs in and around Richmond that the former ProAce rep told me about, but I know little about. The ones in White Rock and Langley are strickly rec players. I also want to meet up with Wing-omega-5 to get him a Kev-3, so whatever club you play at, I'll drop by for a visit. off to re-string the boomsticks tonight.

Not sure about tonight. Got food poisoning last night from the calamari at the KEG. Been sleeping all day, we'll see. I'm here until thursday morning, so I'm up for a hour or two a clearone if some people here want to gather togther.
I wish I could stay longer, but I'm best man at wedding next weekend, so I have to drive back thursday. After a solid 16 hours of sleep I'm feeling good. Going to do a work out this morning. Anyone feel like playing tonight ( not sure if you have tomorrow off or not). I brought all whites to be able to play at VLT even. The new strings in my SP 9000s are itching for some abuse.

Hey Pete! I won't be able to stay because my flight will be leaving tomorrow morning back east. I wish i had more vacation days.... Time to find a new job . j/k half heartedly... This trip back to vancouver was primarily to keep my mom happy . It's a shame i didn't say hello to the VRC crew and get a chance to meet LB and VW. Till next time. Have fun everyone!
