    Yep, Zhang/Gao vs. Widianto/Natsir, that's the longest rally I've seen as well, ~86 shots back and forth.

    I'm confident if you look hard enough at WD, Gao/Huang vs. Yang/Zhang, you may find a longer rally, but not nearly as exciting. :p

    I think the one mentioned in the Guinness Book of World Records is a singles match between Morten Frost and Icuk Sugiarto in one of the AE finals. (I forget which year.) Though that may be due for an update.

    One rally in the WC2001 MDF match, in the 2nd set, was also quite long. Someone I knew counted 99 shots in about 75 seconds.

    Yeah that match between Widianto/Natsir and Zhang/Gao is really amazing. unfortunately the copy I have isn't a serious improvement in video quality from that one.
    For the longest rally I've heard of - Eindhoven, Netherlends, Sudirman Cup 2003, Ra Kyung Min/Lee Kyung Won vs Rikke Olsen/Ann Lou Jorgensen - one rally lasted 157 shots.
