Training with a squash racket is very helpful. It increases your strenght of both the wrist and arm. i train them separately, for wrist i would juz move my wrist fast back and forth with arm straight but elbows bent a bit. For my arm i would do a complete full arm swing with wrist too like normals shots with the correct steps of coz and maximum strength very swing. I do the same thing for my backhand too.

i do this bout 4-5 times a week, how many times is up to u.This has really helped me on improving my power. i do use the squash racket to stroke sometimes too. But remember to be careful the first few things of using it, u may injured yourself so take it easy at first.

    hope it helps.

Yup....use squash racquet with extra extra precaution. While it helps to strengthen your arm, the risk is high because its very easy to injure the wrist and the back.....which is much worse than not training with squash racquet :crying:
