I was looking for an even balanced racket non YY and the RA Center in Ottawa recommended I try the rsl 6900 laser demo racket. Played with it one night and I was hooked. Sold all my YY cab rackets and became an rsl convert. Tomorrow I pick up my very own rsl heat ti 5900 with bg-80 string at 22/23 lbs. The only down side is I cannot play tomorrow night since the family is going to TO for the weekend.
If you haven't played with one I highly recommend it, but I warn you it change how you feel about your current collection.

It would definitely be either SP and AP as they are not too light. But I wish I could try the feel of the shaft and one is progressive medium stiff and the other progressive medium flex.
I feel like I could use a slightly heavier head than the HEAT7800 in order to pack more punch in my smashes....
but do keep us updated ok!

RSL Diamond X2-SP
here are some of my reviews for this racquet. string = rsl ti-630 at 29lbs. shuttles used = rsl classic tourney, rsl tourney no 1, fleet 2002 and protech platinum edition
accuracy = shuttles go where that you wanted. this might be some help from the high-tensioned string i have. hard hitted shuttle, even with its medium flex shaft, accuracy is not lost. at net with lighter hit, accuracy still there. the medium flex shaft didnt flex that much until loose up your intention.
stability = hit the shuttles hard... whack it if u need to... you will not feel much shocks. swing is consistent and your stroke will not sway away as you hit hard. this might be due to its wrinkle free and anti-twist technology.
power = there are plenty. this might be due to my preference for faster swing, power from this racquet is good, some more added from its medium flex shaft. actually i am yet to control its power, from my baseline, high shuttle, i hitted it out to my opponent's baseline ... aiksss
.
hope that these comments can help out those who need it. different types player need different specifications of racquet. most people prefer heavier head, cause it is 'hammer' style. inertia from it can provide more power, as all of you know, f = ma.

Thinking of getting a X2 SP, went to Mega 2 weeks ago but did not see any X2, may have to go to Jiwa or Permai.

I didnt see any X2 at permai last saturday. Understand from the boss that he is not going to bring in any RSL models for time being as prices have risen.

M7 Heat 7800
why is this model not in the RSL brochures? and what is the difference between the 7800 and the 7900?...

Some model like Ti-88 and Ti-99 are also not found in any RSL catalog. I cannot remember if I did see a 7800 at Mega, if I did the 7900 is head heavier just like the 6800 compared to the 6900.
