I'm thinking of buying the 8900 too as it looks similar to my x1 except for the taper shaft tech. Maybe we could join together for a group buy in order to get a good discount in JB?

6900 is slightly head heavy, 8900 is much more.

hi rslcanada, how about the x1 versus 8900? Also, do the M8 series come in G4 grip sizes? Thanks.

I like 8900, its head heavy is so different from other RSL racquet, and it feels very good, guys try it out.

    Hi,

I think X1 is all around offensive racquet, very stiff, balance racquet, 8900 is obviously head heavy, it may be not as stiff as X1.
All the M8 sample I get is in G5. I am not sure company will suplly G4 grip, I hope they can this year, but it will be a small chance.

    Default Fake RSL X2 Pro?

    Hello Guys
Ive been reading a lot in this thread and im quite convinced now to buy an RSL racket. I'm planning to buy an X2 Pro. A baddie friend told me that he bought it for just 3000PHP whereas the shop value (tobys) for such racket costs 6000PHP or more. He said he bought it from a Malaysian dude...said it cost less because it did not go through customs...could this Racket be fake?is there a thing as fake M7 X2 Pro?...hope you guys could help...if you say its fake then i wont buy it.hehehe...nice thread by the way...learned a lot

well... i just bought an x2 fp for USD 110 from a philippine dude. so go figure =P toby's is a department store. there's no room for bargaining. i dunno how much discount you could get in philippine, but from what drifit posted... in malaysia u can get like a 20% discount or 30? forgot which, so if u can do that in philippine's too, u'd prolly lower the racket price to 4500 PHP should at 3000 PHP sounds possible (maybe used?)? hahaha... otherwise... i don't know... i don't think RSL is big enuff for there to be imitations... hahaha... if there is DANG IT!. =P
