The Yonex logo with the O instead of 0 is an dead give away!

don't think we even need to pay as much attention and look into details like the 0 and O, simply if u put a porsche logo on a Ferrari body, i really don't need to study how fake the porsche logo is and tell u off the head.. this can't be real.

For us who know how to spot fakes, we know how to avoid them. The question would be how about the people who are unfamiliar.

If you know chinese, maybe you know "x" pronounce similar as "si", then your assumption is correct. Actually a funny one.

Is Yonex going go after these folks as there are contact info, address and everything?
Probably not possible since the Chinese government is going to have a say.

Actually, Yonex can go after the company.

Actually Namixilie is the exact chinese translation of Nano (Na Mi) Series (Xi Lie). So not only it is fake, they donot even bother to come up with a more unqiue name for it.

I guess this is what they call "the lesser of the two evils"?

Only if what you said about the fake producers is true, I would be happier. Then I wouldn't know I had a fake and feel good that I bourght a Yonex on the cheap. My expereince of them is that they are rather incompetant in producing anything that is even close to the original. On a typical fake I could pickout a hundred things wrong with it without even trying.

On auction I found some wird yonex racquets- imo "fakes".
1.First racquet- seller wrote Yonex Namixilie 1600
2. Second- seller wrote Yonex Nano Speed
Do I have right? Or maybe it's original yonex series, but produced on for example Chinesse market.Last edited by Michal; 11-27-2006 at 09:31 AM.
