Hey guys, I've been playing badminton quite a long time now, used to play at school in teams etc, but recently my family took up the sport and we play three times a week, however.......I cant seem to smash!! Anyone got any tips for me, I'd be really grateful!! Take Care x
Hello Rachy8, I see this is your first post, welcome to BC. Just above the posts you'll see a number of tabs, one is marked 'Search'. If you click on it the search function will become available. Enter 'smash' or something similar and then read away to your hearts content! You'll find posts about how to move your feet, hips, shoulders, elbow, forearm and wrist in preparation for the smash and also in the smash action itself. Have fun!
